Are you excited to host a table at Winter Fair this year and share your art with our larger community? We’re excited too, and we’re looking forward to seeing all the amazing things offered by our ORLA students and families!
This year’s Winter Fair is December 13 from 4 pm - 6:30 pm.
Signups will open on November 18 and stay open until December 4. Please sign up for a table during this time so we can get all the spaces assigned and ready to go! First availability goes to our many student artists, but we will definitely have some spots for adult tables as well with a $15 table charge.
To sign up, please select the appropriate choice below. For the student tables, just fill out the form and press submit. If you are reserving an adult table, don’t forget to go to the cart and check out after entering your table information. Your reservation is not recorded by our system until you check out.

Wow, the excitement for Winter Fair this year has been incredible! Thanks to your enthusiasm, we've already had a record number of sign-ups, and our adult tables sold out in the first week! If you weren’t able to grab a spot, don’t worry—there’s still hope!
If you're interested in securing an adult table, please email us at winterfair@orlapta.org. Once sign-ups close, we will review the possibility of opening up a few more adult tables. Priority will be given to those who have emailed us first.
